I guess I don't understand the question....
You blew a tire. You took the wheel off and it tells you that you have a 18"X7.5" wheel with a 48 offset. This sounds true - and also looking at your pictures in your profile I can see that your wheels are a little sunken in. My wheels are like that as well, except not as far in.
