So after having my car for just over 2 years...and for the first time...the FIRST TIME...my check engine light went on
 Have no clue of what happened either. I was driving down a side road, takin her easy and it went off. Im gonna hook her up to a scanner tomorrow and see what the code is/how to clear it. Hope its nothing thats gonna cost me $. Ive already spent enough $ on my car in the last month.

HA!..i finaly got off my fat ass and decided to check the code today and guess what, EGR. It was weird though cuz i went almost a week without it coming on, then just today as i was going to get some food i checked it and it said code 71 EGR malfunction. So now i gotta figure out whats goin on with that. Any one else have problems with their EGR?/have any idea of how much a new one goes 4? |
