QUOTE(6strngs @ Apr 22, 2007 - 8:22 PM) yeah I had the same exact problem. I replaced it with a different EGR and vaccuum module and it still didn't fix my problem. what DID fix my problem was pulling it off, and cleaning out the hose as well as the two ports. intake and exhaust. get some carb cleaner and Q-tips. it's easiest to get to if you pull the intake and throttle body out. then, after you're done, pull the EFI fuse for 30 seconds to reset your codes. How long did it roughly take you to pull the egr off?? Im thinkin if i got some free time this week between studying for exams, ill pull mine off and clean it up. |
