hey guys i hate to feel like i am sendig out ridiculous post but i am really need at this engine stuff and ..... an i jus rebuilt my 3SGTE ...., now i am being faced with a issuse of power steering fuild being pushed up from the power steering canister .... has anyone ever had that problem ... i kno there are 2 vaccum lines on the power steering pump ...how would i go ahead solving this problem

Hold on.
If pwr steering fluid is being shot out of the reservoir, there is probably too much fluid, NOT too little.... Foam is NOT always a leak. It can and will foam sometimes when everything is normal. Especially if you turn the wheel all the way. Bleeding the pump is simply turning the wheel from side to side several times. The vacuum lines are to raise the idle when you turn the wheel. Order doesn't matter, but if there is a leak it will effect how your car runs. -------------------- ![]() |
