Two things. 1.) You got ripped on the engine. Reason: You can get low mileage 5sfe's for $200. Side note: You can get V6 engines for cheaper, and less miles than that even. 2.) The fact that you don't know the total is VERY bad. I assume this means you're paying hourly, thus, welcome to a huge bill in the end. I would try to work out a set price before you proceed if it is not too late. Good luck- Now where can I get a 5sfe for 200? I personally think Snapshot is wrong. You can get a 7AFE for around 300 on e-bay.
