 hatch rust..how do i get rid of this |

   my hatch is startin to rust in the under side and its starting to bubble out. I can get rid of the rust its self, but the bubbeling im not sure about. Any ideas?? |

yea..that foam spoiler on the S13s were stupid. But my thing is i want to have a spoiler on my car. Im gonna go c the scrap yard around the corner from me and see if they still have 1. I was there in August and they had a yellow hatch for cheap. I cant remember the condition of it, but ill double check tomorrow. Only thing im not gonna b looking forward to is painting the hatch again.
