Anyone purchase this phone yet? I had the sidekick 3 from July to January but realized it sucked so I bought the MDA which is a pain to use cuz its touch screen and I can not drive and even find a number easily. So the Sidekick iD which is basically an improved Sidekick 3 that you can customize a bit more came out yesterday I think. SO I have it being sent to me express.
Just wanted to see if someone had it. im praying that it doesnt el sucko too badly. -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

don't expect a big improvement. its sidekick 2.5....
it doesnt have bluetooth (expect to use the corded hands free headset), no camera (not like anyone used the crappy one on the sk3 anyways), no mp3 playback, no memory expansion. i guess itll be worth the money if your gonna use it to web browse, text message, or instant message, for the battery life does last longer than the sk3, but thats only because it doesn't use EDGE. http://laptopmag.com/Review/Sidekick-iD.htm --------------------  |
