 oxidized paint? |

if this is even oxidized paint or not is there a way i can buff it out or somethin, or do i just need a new paint job? i think its cause the person who had it b4 me never washed it and let it sit in the sun to long w/e it was wet...? when i scratch the white lookin stuff it seems like it comes off but that would take forever and idk if im makin it worse or not...

mine is the same way on the hood and roof. bought it that way. and it's getting worse over time. I would wax the car but somebody said that would make it worse.
