if this is even oxidized paint or not is there a way i can buff it out or somethin, or do i just need a new paint job? i think its cause the person who had it b4 me never washed it and let it sit in the sun to long w/e it was wet...? when i scratch the white lookin stuff it seems like it comes off but that would take forever and idk if im makin it worse or not...

Is there a close up of the paint?????
Could be condensation getting between the paint and the clear coat. or the paint might need conditioning. Start by giving it a good going over with T-Cut...if that does no good then........ If your feeling brave then try rubbing it down with the finest wet and dry you can get (1200grit with lots of water IIRC) then T-Cutting it followed by the usual polishing methods. Go easy though as you dont want to rub right through the paint to the primer layer. |
