I want to have an exhaust system like my boyfriends firebird trans am 2000 cat-back exhaust system. But is that possible with a four cylinder? I have seen a celica with dual exhaust on cardomain.com but would it affect my fuel economy more than 10 mpg or would it sound terrible or would it mess up my engine and what not...? Thanks...

i got a custom magnaflow system. I'm plannin on upgrading to duallies when i go turbo. looks and sounds great. im pretty sure that if something is a good product and it is universal, then its good universally. But yea, the dual exhaust is kind of ridiculous on an un-modded I4, but hey, whatever floats your boat. or gets rid of your fumes.
 and one word to the wise, if you plan on getting a bodykit and you have a dual exhaust you are gonna need to have your rear bumper modified, cuz all the bodykit rear bumpers (except carcept) are made for single exhaust.
