I am planning on gettin a used engine to work on in the garage on the side to replace my current 170k miles one so i can go 5sfte, but i got one obstacle in my way(for now atleast) , getting it there.
the alley way to my garage is not the problem, its the 45 degree slope that u gotta go up to get in there, id think it would be hard to get the engine hoist up that slope, and i dont know of any that can go through grass. But if you go through the grass there is not slope cause of the wierd way my house way build (nub builders) Long story short, How heavy is a 5s without most of the accesories and the tranny? right when its delivered, take it apart, pull the head off and then you can def carry the block in with a minimum of 2 people.
just wear gloves, it could get messy and maybe a little sharp,but do-able. --------------------  The question is not how far. The question is, do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as is needed? |
