I LOVE RAMEN SOUP!
always have. but, im getting a little bored with it. i wanna spice it up a bit. lately i add some Asian spices and herbs. i saw on the net that you can just crack an egg into the water for something good. do you guys have any ideas? -------------------- |

i haven't tried this with ramen, but its really good with normal noodles, so it should work with ramen too. boil the ramen like normal. drain the water. put the ramen into a frying pan with some butter. crack 2 eggs over it an keep mixing as it cooks. add salt and pepper. then once its done, add some ketchup. its really good!
