I just hooked up a 1400w amp to 2 subs. At my schools car show i was watching my rpms as i cranked the volume for my chem teacher lol, but anyway the rpm needle bounces at the idle from around 300 to 500 rpms, not a huge jump but enough for me to notice...
Bad or not bad? should i change something? thanks |

yea it is a pretty crazy idle, but i seafoam the engine like crazy and i add just about everything u can get to clean your engine on a monthly basis, oil treatment, gas treatments, valve treatments, blahblahblah, and that helps lower and smoothe the idle.
I dont think i had my AC on but ill check tonight when i go to crew, but my AC is sorta always on, even if the dial is in the off position it still blows a slight amount of air, i never really looked into it, thought it might be common in older celicas. thanks |
