I bought a 90-93 accord intake like a couple people suggested on another post and i got it today....wasnt really what i was expecting..i thought it was 2 pipes but mine came in 1...so i took everything out of the box..they gave me the pipe the filter and all the clamps i needed...took out the old box..cut the pipe to fit..n these are the results:

You shouldn't need a hammer to do this so you can scratch that
![]() Screwdriver and ratchet are necessary. The dremel tool probably will work for you. I'm not sure if it will work for drilling the hole, but once you have a hole, if you have a grinding/sanding attachment for it, you should be able to fix up the hole/make it bigger and any rough edges you make from cutting the pipe easily. Make sure you have a 10mm metric socket. and a Phillips-head screwdriver (+). You can probably cut the pipe with the dremel as well, but i used a hacksaw.
