I've had a recent problem with my starter lately that keeps getting worse. My car will just click over whenever I try to start it, sometimes it takes 20 clicks to get it to fire. I was thinking my starter or the solenoid is going out? Any ideas would help.

I had a similar problem. It ended up being my ignition switch was worn out / shorting or something. I got it replaced with a used one which is worn out as well... but it works if I don't turn it the key ALL the way round... there's a "sweet spot" where it'll work.
Other things to check: Battery (Kragen and many places will check for free) ALL electrical connections - especially ground and terminals Starter (again - Kragen and many others will check for free) And - of course the ignition switch if all else fails
