I took the Celica to the shop this afternoon to have the exhaust leak looked at. A bit later I got a call from the shop saying they found the leak.... or should I say 3 leaks!
I have a hole the size of a pencil near the axleback. I have a hole in the midpipe And the strangest one - I am leaking right over the #4 exhaust port off the head. He said he is going to check to see if my exhaust manifold is warped, which I'm hoping not. If not it just needs a new gasket. The verdict.... $130 if the manifold is fine... $175 if it needs to be resurfaced  Anyone else have something like that happen? I'm all depressed..

Hmmm - not mine. Maybe mine werre just sorta slow leaks. Then again it's hard to hear anything over the intake and exhaust. My intake sucks rediculously loud.
