hey guys. i was just wondering what kinda metal filers to get. the tutorial doesnt specify, only specifies the grit on sanding papers. also any store like home depot or something woul dhave these available right?

Just wondering......lets say I wanna just go for the straight polished look....I would proably need to clear coat the bare metal, right? Also, what would I do for the plastic center caps?
