I've heard that upgrading the camshaft of the 5sfe is a tradeoff in less low end torque and idling problems. Has anyone upgraded their camshafts in their 5sfe? If so, .. details?fact?faults? thanks in advance..

no you cant interchange cams between heads.
the 5sgte is not as easy as just slapping the head on and calling it a day, its basicly a 3sgte swap, + a bunch of work. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
