So the other day my buddy at work told me that there is a weigh station close to my work. Its for semi truck trailers but there is just enough room for a car to squeeze on there. So I drove on, got out and just looked at the scale and saw that my car weighs 2930lbs. She is a porker but i love her. I dont know why everybody thinks it's fast. Maybe its the new wheels?

wow! are these weights with drivers? I thought that a fully loaded GT hatchback weighed 2580?

Mine weighed last time I was at the track... I dunno... 3 years ago... something like 2600 pounds with 16's and 1/2 tank of gas. It depends on the scale, the fuel, the wheels, the tires, speakers, crap in the car, sunroof, etc. Lots of little things. And yeah... I do expect the typical GT to be around 2800-2900 pounds.
