I've heard that upgrading the camshaft of the 5sfe is a tradeoff in less low end torque and idling problems. Has anyone upgraded their camshafts in their 5sfe? If so, .. details?fact?faults? thanks in advance..

presure what type of cams you plan on putting in your head? and where can you find them?
