So my tC is supercharged and I have a faulty catalytic converter. I'm waiting on the dealer to get me the new one and I noticed my exhaust tip drips a weird fluid. I asked the mechanic about it and he said its simply condensation. Is this true? I don't think I've had this stuff dripping before... Can anyone shed some light here?

Yep. The byproduct of catalytic converters is water, so that creates condensation inside your pipes. If you leave your car running and look at the muffler, you'll see that water drips out of the muffler.
