pulled spark plugs, oil on 2&3 Options

I pulled my spark plugs today for the first time since i bought the car, around 157k, now its at 167k.

1 and 4 were clean as a whistle however they were stock and the gap was rusty and way way off.

2 and 3 were oily, the gap was clean but the rest of the assembly was dripping in oil until about 3/4" from the top of the plug. What is the problem and is it fixable?

also the brand of the old plugs were denso, has anyone ever heard of them?

because you posted something in a thread about pulleys...

Im still looking for little gains for my 7a and i recently came across a lightweight underdrive crank pulley from OBX. I was wondering if anyone felt any gains in hp after installing one of these, doesnt have to be OBX,

and how hard was installation, do u need shorter belts?
