 sunroof problem, urgent PLEASE HELP! |

yea well ealier today it rained really hard and i left my sunroof open on tilt. I run to to the car to close it but now it doesnt work...
theres a small click when i press the switch but does not move at all. please tell me theres a relay or something other than the motor? Its still raining and i need to get it closed asap! |

happened to me, their 3 gears in your sunroof motor, the middl one is plastic, the outer two are metal probaly stripped out,....have to get a new motor.
for now make sure nothing is impeding the tracks, like gunk and leaves what not, if it still wont budge, take off sunroof control and you will see a big flathead screw, turn that with a BIG flathead and you can manually close the roof, be carefule beacuase its hard to turn and I actually stripped it back then --------------------  |
