 Adjusting Headlight Beams |

hey hows it going everyone? its been a year since I wanted to change the beam pattern for my headlights so its nice and straight. my left headlight's beam is going downward instead of outward like the right headlight. does anyone know how to adjust the stupid thing? when i went to the 6gc meet @ DWG no one could figure it out or could help me lol help with pics will be appreciated thanks in advance

hmm...I tried to adjust my low beams today because I noticed they shoot to the ground and doesn't make the road visible enough for me but when adjusting the screws I noticed no difference at all ?? Still points down after adjusting for 30 mins ??
