I was just wondering if doing 80+ mph daily is going to hurt my engine in some way. My commute to work is 60 miles round trip. Just wanted to make sure I'm not going to hurt anything

If you get the engine warm first (first 6 miles not above 2500 rpm) and then raise the speed abit untill you reach 80mph you should be fine. Especially when changing oil often.
About the Tyres with forkee said. I can vouch for that  Only been 14000 km (roughly 9000 miles) and now I already need to replace the front tyres. Guess 255BHP and alot of sprinting (40-110mph etc etc) will hurt your tyres greatly
