on a serious note. i have always known i have sleep problems, i thinks its bcuz i lay awake and my mind wanders and that makes me very anxious and keeps me from sleeping. Does any1 else suffer from sleep problems and if so what do u do or take to help you? I am think i am gonna try a sleep aid, but i know that they r highly addictive. any1 take an OTC sleep aid?

Yeah dude Ive had a sleep problem since I came back from Iraq. The thing that I have noticed that works the best without getting a prescription from a Dr is to go to Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, or something like that and ask them for a sleep remedy. Its called RESCUE SLEEP. Its in a little yellow glass bottle. Take it like 10 minutes before bed. Its like 27% alcohol but it works like a charm. Its non habit forming, tastes kinda weird, but it works in about 15 minutes. I hope this helps, there are a lot of options you can use from those kind of stores or you can go to Walgreens or something like that and buy Unisom, or Tylenol PM. But those two tend to leave you kind of drowsy in the morning.
