on a serious note. i have always known i have sleep problems, i thinks its bcuz i lay awake and my mind wanders and that makes me very anxious and keeps me from sleeping. Does any1 else suffer from sleep problems and if so what do u do or take to help you? I am think i am gonna try a sleep aid, but i know that they r highly addictive. any1 take an OTC sleep aid?

^ omg im the same. My house is full of people but at night when im the last one up and its like 1am i feel all alone and I will start crying at times if I just cant sleep or Ill go wake up my mom and try make her stay up with me
