on a serious note. i have always known i have sleep problems, i thinks its bcuz i lay awake and my mind wanders and that makes me very anxious and keeps me from sleeping. Does any1 else suffer from sleep problems and if so what do u do or take to help you? I am think i am gonna try a sleep aid, but i know that they r highly addictive. any1 take an OTC sleep aid?

Well my thoughts at night when im home alone are if im going to get raped or killed. I look at my window at night and start to freak out because its about the size of my wall and am afraid someone will get it open in the middle of the night and get in.
I worry about some crazy stuff sometimes -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City
