Anybody know where I can get a st205 rear differential setup?

I know that I need to do some mods and fab work (not a problem) but the basic dimensions are the same. If I can't get one of these I have to do a complete custom mock up with a ford 9" rear end or maybe an independent setup instead of the straight axle.
If I can use the st205 setup I will be able to maintain the same geometry for the suspension (better handling, safer) There will be plenty of cutting and welding going on already up front, so I am trying to maintain as much factory integrity as possible, although I will be caging her as well. Using the st205 rear would be the simplest way if I can source the parts. to the gt4 guys... How much power do you think the factory rear differential can reliably hold?
