is there an easy way of taking these out, without taking the brakes and rotors off?

Front you only need to remove the Caliper/Rotor In the back (for me anyway because I used 20mm spacers, therefor 20mm longer studs) I also had to loosen the handbrake pads to allow space to move the new studs in and old one's out of course. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
