 twm short shifter clips question, need help asap |

what are these clips called? are there sizes for them? i lost both of them while installing my shifter  . thanks

k, i got the part. but its hard to install
 im taking a break from trying to put it in how do you put it in? (i have one bigger and i have one the right size but it could be smaller.. i really dont know)
