ok i dont understand this whole ac system thing. now the system already has oil then you add this bottle of 134a oil charge to it and it makes it cold? or is the oil in there supposed to keep the car cold till it runs out?

r134 is a refrigerant which is used to make the "cold" in a/c system. The oil is there to lubricate inside of the lines, as well as the internal components in the a/c compressor, evap. core, etc. If you plan to recharge your a/c, make sure to buy an a/c recharge kit that has a check meter. This will make sure you don't overcharge the a/c system.
