Hey everyone, I'm a former 5th gen owner, current SVX owner, and I'm considering buying a 6th gen GT hatchback (5-speed naturally) and doing the Curren conversion. Besides the cost of the car, how much should I expect to pay for the fenders, hood, bumper, and lights from the Toyota Curren? Is the conversion easy to do for someone who can turn a wrench? Where should I look besides ebay for Curren conversion parts? thanks everyone!

now, I'd basically be buying a front clip sans engine, correct?
besides the welding of the support, will the fenders and hood and everything else bolt into place? also, any wiring issues with the headlamps? I'm going to take a wild guess and assume the connectors won't be the same as a bug-eye This post has been edited by celestialSVX: Jun 11, 2007 - 3:04 PM |

I'm going to take a wild guess and assume the connectors won't be the same as a bug-eye Headlamps and lights wiring should be the easiest part. If sockets are different, you could buy the correct one from Autozone or whatever. There's a member on here with the Curren conversion and a M3 front bumper, forgot his name..... -------------------- |
