Shutting your car off while in motion? Are they really serious? I'm all for increasing fuel milage, but driving habits like these are insanely dangerous to other motorists, let alone yourself... I laugh at people who get angry at me. I have only ever had to get out of the car. One look at me and the guy drove away.
