Has anyone used a supercharger on the 5s-fe and if so what kind of power are u getting? remember this is a daily driven car and i want to get away from the normal turbo.

QUOTE(elvasoshexai @ Jun 12, 2007 - 4:54 PM) i always see a ton of write-ups about custom turbo setups.. but i rarely see any for custom SC setups... is an SC setup a lot more work? well, its just alot harder to put together. other than the rippmods S/C kit they tried to put together several years back, i have seen no "pre-made" or redily available bolt on parts to make another work. because of the pully, belt and drive system are not somthing you can just grab from another car, like a 5sfte project with the 3s parts, its pretty difficult. that said, i understand your wanting to be diffrent with the s/c, but as far as it being a DD, why are you worried about that? ive been running my 5sfte for over 2 years now, and still running strong. 99% of the blown motors you see with the 5sfte are #1 eariler versions of the 5s (in the mr2 and 5th gen celica) and #2, and most importantly, are poorly built. -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
