My 7afe is burning oil pretty bad so I was thinking about rebuilding it or just buying a new one and putting a turbo on it. with limited know how, what do you guys think would be my best option? I just found out that the 4age will bolt right in so I thought if I could get the 4age why not go with the 4agze.
my guess is that it's would be easire to turbo the 7A. Mine has 175k on it so if I think it would be too much work to make that one hold up under the boost of a turbo but what do I know.... what do YOU think?...... |

I had that same idea of buying a new 7afe engine and turboing it but ran in to many problems along the way. I went with the 4agze and with a header and a NST 14PSI pulley the car is very fun. My buddy has a SRT-4 with intake and exaust and from a 60 punch they are even to give u an idea of how fast it will be. he has since put the stage 3 on and no hope for me lol. I have cams that need to go in so maybe it wont be to bad
