just a quick question...

how are the stock tweeter covers held on? just glue?

The same way as the stock non-tweeter wing-mirror covers. Not glue. There are two little tabs that locate between the door card and the wing mirror bracket (part of the door itself) - at the bottom of the tweeter cover. Then there is a plastic sprocket (looks like a thick plastic nail with a larger sphere stuck on the end) at the top of the tweeter cover. This friction-fits into a socket on the rubber door mirror seal.
