that's pretty much how it was in my area, until last year when police got new cars and more personal. 2 years a go Park Av between Newark and East Orange was a drag strip and drifting road course. One day they stole 7 cars in a row right in front of my apart.
I have to be honest and things are a lot better now, but they still tried to still my wheels a couple months ago
