What is the best size of tire to put on 17 and also 18 inch rims so that it would looks good and not rub or anything on a stock hieght car , would it throw off the speedometer??

Black rims + polished lip always looks good on a White car. These will do just fine.
But what about the offset/ET? It doesnt state that anywere. -------------------- JDM Powerplant installed, BPU coming very soon!
