So I have the celi at the exhaust shop right now having my header-back exhaust line done, and the mechanic just called me saying that the headers dont go down far enough to clear the oil pan. I had an idea of having him cut the pipes coming from the engine and adding ceramic coated extensions to try to lower it a bit, but I was wondering if anybody else had this problem and how they resolved it.
dammit. On top of that, somebody broke into my car last night and stole two packs of cigarettes and a bottle of cologne, and left me an unopened can of pepsi. wtf is happening today?!?! --------------------  |

that's definately one of the next things on the menu. Advancing the timing at least 5 degrees. Only thing is I was looking at the distributor and the bolt that they were talking about in the tutorial isnt there. :?
The mechanic said if the bolt isnt there that you can take it up to jegs and have them hook something up to it to do it, but I wanted to know if anybody else had to do it like that? -------------------- |
