I've got a few questions.. #1 are the sidemarkers supposed to light up with the turn signal? #2 Which fuse/relay would be responsible for the sidemarkers #3 I can't seem to get them to light up, and I've already changed the bulbs...any ideas? Apparently I can't pass inspection until they light up...and I take off my license plate frame lol. I'm pretty sure they have never worked with the turn signals on my car, and the other 2 times I had it inspected, no one said anything...so I think I just got a crappy tech.. Also in Delaware they test for emissions with a sniffer on the windshield, rather than the tailpipe which was, well different.

the sidemarker light up but they don't blink with the turn signal.
they turn on and that's it, that's the way they come from factory, so you should be able to pass inspection with them the way they came from factory right ? --------------------  |
