okey so i got caught in a speed trap and waas turned into an example. so im in maryland what do you do to get a court date. any people wanna come out and share their stories bout tickets or courts.

Do what I do when I get tickets by photo radar, just say it wasn't me. They can't prove it was you if you say lots of other people drive your car. It helps if you have murda tint so they can't see in. Gotta love the law loop holes...gotta prove beyond a reasonable doubt. Just call the court, better yet the DA, and tell them you were out of town or at work ( anything that someone can back you up with) and tell them you have no idea who was driving cause you left the car at home that day, and no one will admit they drove it.

it doesnt matter if you say it wasnt you they'll just ticket the owner of the car.

Coldblue that might be one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. They will still issue the ticket and it will go to whomever the car is registered to.
This is idiotic advice. You're basically telling someone to lie in court to get out of a speeding ticket. Be a man, own up to the fact that you did something wrong. Pay the fine and stop speeding. It's not the end of the world.
