HELP! ST202 fog light wiring, car is taken apart! Options

I am trying to install my ST202 fog lights and I am stumped. In the car's fuse box inside the car, there is a fuse called "FOGS". Mine even has a 20amp fuse in it already. I can't seem to find where it leads outside the car. Where is the switch/output for the fogs?

Good work so far man. I went ahead and found my own tap. There is a plug under the dash for the gauges (checked it by pulling fuses). One of the terminals was hot and also empty, so I fabbed a male end terminal to pop into it. I grounded the switch on one of the bolts on the fender side, and it works! The amperage must be pretty high coming out of that plug because it blew out my rocker switch light, but the relay can only draw so much so I think I'll be fine. (The rocker was bright as bloody hell anyway).
