Hey guys just seeing what people think, i need to ship a heavy part and i was wondering what is the best/quickest/safest/cheapest way to ship, and as well some companies... its about as heavy as a door

is it as big as a door? most postal services have a limit to the size of the package (and perhaps weight?).. which is about 1.75m long or something along those lines. anyway, when it comes to shipping heavy packages in Canada, i think of Greyhound or DHL. if it's something that's really heavy and requires a pallet, forklift, etc you'll need to ship through freight. DHL and Trans-X are about the only ones i've dealt with and was satisfied with the cost and service for both..

yea, my postal service denied me a couple times due to weight and all...thats the U.S. postal service...i cant remember the regulations exactly, but if it was 125 pounds in weight (maybe 80), or was as big as a hood, they wouldnt ship...
