So today i took my new 3sgte celica to the dmv to get the thing isnpected. I unfortunatly failed inspection due to emissions. I had readings 2451, which was 1200 over the allowed limit. Can anyone who has done the swap and passed NJ inspection pls help me solve my issue.

do you guys have any cats on your cars? cause you should pass no problem with them on.
