What rpm does your CT26 hit full boost? My boost gauge reads 11 psi at full boost but I don't hit full boost till 3000 rpm. Is it just me or is my CT26 not spooling up quick enough?

nah, i got the seat in there, i just dont think it's working properly. . .
i can feel the slightest flow of air, and i am pretty sure it's in the dump tube, and not from the fans. . . the v-band flange that came on the manifold was a bit thicker than the one supplied with the tial wastegate, so i'm thinking maybe the seat/set-down area was not right either, that thing is such a pita to put on....errr  (bottom mount + thick manifold flange = ...teh such)
