 Shifting down from 5th... |

Tranny works like a dream but when im shifting down from 5th, it feels almost like the shifter is stuck in something and i have to apply a little more force then usual. There is no misshift, or sounds or anything, just the feel of it being stuck in something.
Is this something to worry about? Maybe just the shifter bushings being in bad shape? Im getting a TWM shortshifter installed in a week or so which will hopefully solve the issue. -------------------- "Modern weapons and ancient hatred, my kind of show"

okay im reviving this thread as i still have the problem but no answer to why.
When ever I want to leave 5th gear, its like the gearstick is stuck in 5th and i have to apply alot more pressure to get it out then on any other gear. What may be the cause and what can i do about it? Ill also add that the problem has not gotten worse since i first posted, but its still annoys me a little. -------------------- "Modern weapons and ancient hatred, my kind of show"
