Tranny works like a dream but when im shifting down from 5th, it feels almost like the shifter is stuck in something and i have to apply a little more force then usual. There is no misshift, or sounds or anything, just the feel of it being stuck in something.
Is this something to worry about? Maybe just the shifter bushings being in bad shape? Im getting a TWM shortshifter installed in a week or so which will hopefully solve the issue. -------------------- "Modern weapons and ancient hatred, my kind of show"

it could be your synchros going bad. synchros line up the gears and my friend had the ones going in his evo and that damn things was a SOB to shift sometimes... i know replacing those is no cake walk and if u do so to go w/OEM ones or carbon fiber ones (haha yes yes carbon fiber is really the better choice... lets avoid the honduh jokes... lol)
