 ANTENNA replacement, Any how-to step by step of taking out the antenna in the back? |

i need some step by step guide to take out the antenna in the back...the antenna was up during a car wash and the machine twisted and bent my antenna, now it clicks and makes noises as it tires to motor out the antenna when i turn on the radio....i need to replace it, but first i need to take it out....for those who know how...please address to this message. Im going to replace it with a new antenna, what must i do to cover up that hole? bondo? how to use bondo?

i thought about that but i couldn't find the forum for that...i remember reading it a while back b4 my antenna was broken...
