i have the GT sport suspension and just ordered all the right parts for the front and back (four new kyb struts,no cartridges) and Tein springs... my question is... after reading the how to... is there any problem not having a spring compressor??? can this cause any real problems reassembling?? has anyone found that they NEED a spring compressor when removing and installing new springs?? not 100% sure... but since i'm putting in lowering springs... will i still need a spring compressor since they are not as high as the stock springs? i understand that there might be a little bit of pressure built up when removing them... but as the how to states... it wasn't that big of a problem... anyone that has successfully done this on their own please let me know
 and i know theres a lot of you.... thank you very much

yea i never used a spring compressor on the 6gc.
when removing the bolt on the OEM setup, it only pops about ~1 foot away, there isn't much potential energy built up |
